Master B. K. Bharat (India)

Bhupendra Kishan Bharat, popularly known as Master B. K. Bharat, was born on 23 June 1980 in Uttar Pradesh, India. He is a distinguished sports administrator, martial arts educator, social reformer, and media professional, widely respected for his lifelong dedication to the promotion of martial arts and traditional sports in India and abroad.

He is the son of Late Shri Kishan Singh and Late Smt. Kishanwati Devi. From an early age, Master B. K. Bharat devoted himself to sports, discipline, and nation-building through physical education and youth empowerment.

Master B. K. Bharat is regarded as one of the most committed pioneers of martial arts education in India. He is the Founder and Chairperson of the National Martial Arts Academy India, the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sports Foundation, and the Publisher & Owner of the National Sports Magazine “KHILADI – The Player.”

He has earned numerous medals and accolades in national and international karate and martial arts championships and holds advanced ranks in Karate, Kiaido Martial Arts, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).

Master B. K. Bharat also plays a vital role in global sports diplomacy and cultural exchange. He is the Founder and Director (International Relations) of the Traditional Sports & Games Federation–India, working actively for the global recognition of indigenous and traditional sports.
